The Carryl Company, based in Monona, Wisconsin, is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. We specialize in condominium property management, ensuring quality and comfort for our communities.

Middleton (Old Sauk)

Fitchburg

Position Overview: We are seeking someone to assist our property managers with general property maintenance and upkeep, ensuring our communities are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs, maintenance, landscaping, and snow shoveling.

Troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.

Assess structural elements, such as decks, for code compliance.

Deliver excellent customer service and handle tasks independently.

Requirements:

General maintenance skills with the ability to multitask.

Proficiency in using a smartphone for communication.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to assist occasionally after hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: MINIMUM $25.00 Hourly
