Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Position Overview:

As a Customer Relations Representative for our agency, you would be growing local customer relationships, building public connections, and promoting the aspects of the State Farm Insurance Agency that are closest to home and our lives.
Responsibilities:
In addition to the high expectations regarding prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, you would be responsible for navigating customer-focused, needs-based review processes and helping to educate customers about insurance options that work best for them and their current lifestyle.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

Requirements:
Communication skills are crucial, not simply in insurance but in our everyday lives. Our number one requirement is for positive interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal, and listen) as well as a desire to improve.
Extreme ownership and personal accountability; taking responsibility for your decisions and choices. You will have a lot of freedom in the job and will be held accountable to it.
