Handyman/General Labor for Rental Property

Looking for hard-working jack of all trades for a residential rental property I manage in Norco. Work varies from interior work on units such as light plumbing, electrical, painting etc., to the exterior doing yard work, digging trenches, fencing, clean up etc.

Immediate projects I need help on are outdoor landscaping, reorganizing tools and supplies, and building a chicken coop.

$20/hour, weekends only. Must have reliable transportation and your own assorted tools for the various projects.
