BLVD Moving, a leader in the moving industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales management, particularly within the moving industry, who is ready to take on a new challenge and drive results.

Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales department, managing a team of sales reps, setting and monitoring performance goals, and ensuring that our sales targets are met. You’ll play a key role in training, coaching, and supporting your team to maximize performance and maintain high standards of service quality.

What We Offer:

$70k Base Salary + Excellent Commission Structure

Opportunity to earn an additional $25,000+ per year in commissions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage a team of 15+ sales reps

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals

Assist with pricing, training, and providing feedback to the team

Analyze sales data and report performance metrics to ownership

Collaborate with ownership to improve sales processes and customer experience

Maintain the highest level of customer service standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the moving industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Experience with sales analytics and reporting

A strong commitment to achieving sales goals and driving company success

Our office is located in Chatsworth, and you will be working in a large facility with different departments, focusing solely on managing and improving the sales team's performance. This is a key role in driving the growth of BLVD Moving, and we’re looking for someone to start immediately.
