Hiring Experienced Automotive Technicians

Job Summary: As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. You will have the expertise to perform heavy repairs, including engine and transmission replacements. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.

Perform heavy repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission replacements, and other major component repairs.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections, ensuring vehicles operate at peak performance.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical problems.

Collaborate with service advisors to provide customers with clear explanations of repairs and maintenance needs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an automotive technician.

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, and other complex systems.

Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and repair techniques.

ASE certification (or equivalent) is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
