Handyman Wanted

Small family run GC company needing maintenance Tech Handyman/ and handyman helper for quick turns, and general maintenance calls. This is a fulltime employment; Hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 5 pm/ or until completion of job. We are looking for people that can follow directions, correctly read a scope of work, and complete the scope of work in a timely manner. The following are expectation for this job:

- You must have a reliable truck, that has ability to carry tools needed for the job to be performed/ as well as materials

- You must have the appropriate tools to complete work that will be performed.

All candidates must have the ability to do the following skill:

- Drywall repairs including texture.

-Painting.

-Minor electrical (changing switches, outlets, fixtures, etc.)

-Plumbing skills

-ability to work on sprinkler system is a plus (to include winterizing and re-activation)

- Knowledge of minor garage door repairs such as openers and springs, trouble shooting.

- Must have good problem-solving skills.

-Correctly read a tape measure.

-Must be able to work at a steady pace, and independently.

-Must have good communication skills.

- This is a 1099 position, and pay is based on experience.
