Polished Appointment Setter Required

I am a successful Realtor looking to "outsource" one element of my business - cold calling prospective home sellers. The person I require is polished, professional and determined to succeed. I pay for an outcome because I am paid for an outcome.

The successful candidate will be paid $50 per set appointment and a 10% commission on all closed transactions which could easily amount to $1,500 for each closing. I will provide a list and whatever scripts you would like. Based on what I believe are conservative assumptions a good performer should be able to earn $80,000 annually working maybe 20 hours per week.
