BGC is still looking for more fun, hard-working and efficient individuals We are the busiest 19th hole in the South Bay - the action doesn't stop! The great tips are an easy sell when we hire, but our work environment is what we are most proud of. We prioritize on hiring people with positive attitudes and teamwork mentalities.

We are currently in the final stages of our outdoor renovation - this includes the bar & grill patio! With the action a fresh aesthetic brings, and an additional 70 seats for our servers, we are still in search for more awesome people to join our staff.

Requirements for Server position:

- Three years minimum serving experience

- 21 years or older

- Available weekdays (yes, weekdays) and holidays

Requirements for Barback position:

- Minimum one year food and beverage experience

- 21 years or older

- Available some weekdays, weekends and holidays

Requirements for Busser position:

- Minimum one year food and beverage experience

- 18 years or older

- Available weekends and holidays
