IHSS Care Provider wanted urgently

Hello,

We are looking for a Korean-speaking caregiver for my 65yr old father. He has suffered a stroke needs help with many tasks.

Day and Time: 12pm-5pm Tuesday and Thursday = 10 hours a week.

Provider should be comfortable working with people of disability and personal care needs.

Responsibilities include:

-Helping washing up, going to the bathroom

-Help with mobility

-Transferring from the bed to wheelchair

-Prepare meals and assist with eating as need. Meals will be pre-cooked by my mother, provider will help assist with eating and tidying up. No cooking is required.

-Help with taking medications.

Wages will be paid through the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program and/or recipient Share of Cost (SOC). You must be registered with Santa Clara County IHSS or be willing to enroll. If not enrolled, certification and training are free.
