Overview: We are seeking a organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth. Duties: - Manage and maintain the office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for orders and deliveries. - Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing tasks as needed. - Maintain the organization of the office and ensure that all areas are clean and tidy. - Serve as a receptionist and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner. - Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. - Assist with the development of training materials and programs. - Provide training to new employees and ensure that they are properly trained for their roles. Skills: - Strong organizational and office management skills. - Excellent administrative and clerical skills. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Experience with vendor management and procurement. - Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
