Front Office Administrator Position
Pacific Coast Roofing provides the highest quality in roof installation, replacement, and repair.
We service all types of roofs on residential and commercial structures in the South Florida area
Prior office experience in the Roofing/Construction Industry related job or similar a plus, be familiar with an office environment, & be a team player.
GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES: Answer phones, filing, customer service, prepare proposals, invoicing, permits packages, track inspections, and all other clerical work.
ATTEND TO CUSTOMERS, follow up, and schedule appointments
PREPARE ESTIMATES AND INVOICES
COMPUTER SKILLS NEEDED (Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, & Excel) & will train on the programs used)
HOURS NEEDED: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM
Skills and Abilities Required
- Must have professional and clear phone reception skills
- Must be computer literate
- Organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize
Compensation will depend on education, prior experience and productivity.
