We are looking for the next member of our decorating team. This person must have a strong work ethic, be a motivated, self-starter, able to lead others, and works well in a group as well as in an individual setting. In this role, you will assist in jobs preparation, fabricating holiday decorations, installing decorations at job locations, and performing quality control to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You must be extremely reliable, dependable, organized, quick learning, and able to get along with others. This position requires time management skills, attention to detail, basic knowledge of computers, and the ability to interpret data and/or follow guidelines in order to execute the efficient and effective completion of projects in a timely manner. Must be able to work outdoors in all types of Florida weather and elements. Must have a valid FL driver license with a clean driving record. Will require driving company vehicles to and from job sites when necessary.

This is a seasonal position with the possibility of year round employment based on this person's results and attitude. During Peak season (Oct - mid Dec) hours are Mon - Sat, 7am until the jobs are completed. Occasional Sunday work may be required based on scheduling needs. If retained on after peak season, off-peak hours will reduce to a 40 hrs. work week beginning in mid-February through the end of August.

Must be able to read and speak English fluently! Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
