Positions Available:

Demolition Laborers

Pay: $20-30 per hour (based on experience and work ethic)

Job Description:

Remove water-damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and other materials

Operate hand tools and small demolition equipment

Safely dispose of debris and materials

Assist with site clean-up and preparation for further restoration

Must be physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs, and work in demanding environments

Prior experience in demolition or construction is preferred but not required

Site Manager:

Pay: $750-1,000 per day (based on experience)

Job Description:

Oversee demolition crews and ensure work is completed on schedule

Coordinate equipment and supply pickup

Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site

Communicate with management and property owners as needed

Must have experience in managing crews and flood restoration work

A truck or large vehicle capable of picking up pre-paid materials is preferred but not required

Requirements:

Must be reliable and punctual

Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and worksite safety

Valid driver's license required (for site manager position)
