Maintenance

Full time maintenance position available. 8am-4pm Monday -Friday. Must be experienced in general home and property maintenance. Property located in Bufflao Grove.

MUST be experienced in drywall, painting, caulking, small electrical repairs, small plumbing repairs, carpentry, wood replacement, along with many other types of repairs. Basically looking for someone who knows a lot about a lot but doesn't need to know everything.

Must have drivers license, some tools, and cell phone.

Must have good communication skills, capable of following directions, and organized.

Must be able to work independently.
