Office Assistant/Office Manager
A well-established New Orleans area Engineering Firm is seeking an Office Assistant/Office Manager with 5+ years of experience to start immediately. Must be proficient in Quickbooks to include payroll, quarterly reports, billing, payables and receivables. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat applications. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits to include medical, dental, vision, sick leave, vacation, retirement plan, life insurance and paid holidays.
