HRIS Workday Manager (Remote)

The HRIS Workday Manager is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the

Workday HCM application and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data

flowing in and out of the system. The HRIS Manager will oversee functions

related to user security, business process workflows, functionality

deployment and system integrations. The HRIS Manager will create short and

long-term goals and objectives for system builds, operations, processes,

data flows and security. They will collaborate with HR teams and IT teams to

implement improvements in functionality where necessary for an excellent

employee and manager experience. The HRIS Manager will be accountable for

leadership, development, coaching, and influence for a team up to four

(4) direct reports to ensure strong performance and delivery of goals and

objectives. To be successful, the candidate must be able to communicate

effectively with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts, bring

business insights, and drive process improvements. Attention to detail and

mindfulness of the big picture is essential for success in this role.Role and Responsibilities;

Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of

the Workday HCM and HR systems.

Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to

continuously improve service delivery and assist in brining system solutions

to solve or enhance business problems.

Lead governance process, road-mapping exercises and cross-functional

resource planning

Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring

business requirements are met

Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements

Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced

with strategic enhancements and projects

Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance

Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and

capabilities

Develop and promote continuous learning within the support team

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or escalated issues that

arise regarding systems and data.

Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions (HR, Finance, IT,

Operations) to maintain and develop processes that will create a best in

class HR operations platform and an excellent team member experience.

Work with internal partners to identify and suggest analytics needed for

business objectives, using system capabilities to efficiently deploy those

analytics.

Lead projects and teams; obtain key partner buy-in, develop

requirements, build/test, prepare for change management, go-live and

conduct post-mortem feedback improvements.

Ensure data security, compliance, integrity, testing of system

changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities

within the Workday system.

Build a high performing team and culture of accountability that ensures

delivery of timely, quality services.

Recommends process improvements, and innovative solutions

Establish key metrics to monitor Workday utilization and identify trends,

root causes and solutions to drive efficiency and scale within Workday

Provide strong leadership to a team of Workday Analysts, including

development opportunities, and excellent team management skills

Responsible for full talent cycle of direct reports

Lead the vendor relationship and stay informed of industry trends and new

technologies.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience related to implementation and management of enterprise HR

applications, preferably experience and working knowledge of Workday

Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization, including

breaking down complex topics for target audiences

Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities

Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation

Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution

Ability to motivate nd set the direction for a team

Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion and confidentialityQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR information system

management

Workday Pro Certification and experience preferred

Prior experience leading teams is requiredLocation:

This position is a remote role, with the ability to come into our Denver

office on an as needed basis. However, we will consider remote candidates

of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be

market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of

experience. The starting range for this position is $102,600.00 -

$136,896.10, with additional earning potential possible commensurate
