Technical SupportBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Support role in

RemotePosition Title: Technical SupportLocation: RemoteAnticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 10/07/2024

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors

such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not

encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid

time off, per diem, etc.).Job Description:Monitor incoming emails to investigate supplies and printer information

inquiries.

Knowledge of databases is required.

Ability to research supplies or devices issues to identify a root cause,

resolve the issue and follow up with client is required.

Technical knowledge a plus.
