What you’ll do as a Field Office Assistant

Perform routine clerical and organizational tasks that support the operations of a construction field office.

Assist field operations with the completion of daily time sheets

Verify the accuracy and perform quality checks of various payroll, production, and billing information

Read, comprehend, and utilize network maps and plans (will train)

Gather and organize field documentation to produce customer facing documents and products

Communicate with corporate office, customer & subcontractors to resolve any issues with submitted paperwork

Perform data entry as needed

Performing other various clerical duties as assigned by Supervisor

What you’ll need

To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company

Minimum of one to two years previous experience in a similar role

Intermediate computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel

Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented
