Join us, and be part of a team that pushes the boundaries of what's possible.THE WORKIn this role, you will:Manage purchasing requirements to ensure they are aligned with the Manufacturing Internal Operating Plan (IOP).Collaborate with buyers to resolve any issues affecting the timely placement of Purchase Requisitions.Expedite and manage material flow to meet program needs, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.Work closely with the Supplier Management Team (SMT), Supply Chain Analyst (SCA), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to maintain up-to-date delivery statuses in the Supplier Management Module (SMM) and P2P systems.Ensure current delivery dates are accurately reflected and communicated during Program meetings.WHO YOU AREYou are a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
