Hotel Delivery Services Lead (Guest Services)
Description:At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training. They are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It is important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Must have open availability 7 days a week.
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 50lbs).
Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
Experience and a thorough understanding of guest-service request.
