Breakfast Servers Needed

The AM Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during breakfast hours. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Must be able to start working at 6am.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.

Writing down or entering food and beverage orders into a system.

Bringing out the ordered items in a timely manner, ensuring that everything is correct and to the guests' liking.

Keeping guests’ coffee, tea, juice, and water refilled.

Clearing dishes, wiping down tables, and resetting them for the next guests.

Being knowledgeable about the breakfast menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and able to suggest items.

Processing bills and payments, often using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

Ensuring that the dining area is clean and well-organized throughout the breakfast service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an AM server

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Basic math skills for handling payments.

Positive attitude and professional appearance.
