Bilingual Paralegal - Personal Injury - Plaintiff

Title: BILINGUAL Paralegal (personal injury – plaintiff)

Salary: $65,000

Location: White Plains, NY

Hours: 9AM to 6PM – 1 hour for lunch

Industry: Personal injury law firm - plaintiff

Must be fully bilingual (able to read, write and speak English and Spanish)

2 years of experience working in a plaintiff/personal injury law firm

Preference for background/exposure to insurance (auto and home)

Draft: Pleadings, Motions, Bill of Particulars, Notice of Claims, Summons and Complaints

Proficiency with efiling via NYSCEF

Sends HIPAA authorizations, request for medical records, billing requests to medical providers

Assist attorney with all calendaring, trial preparation, and third party demand packages
