Make Ready / Maintenance Tech

Bandera at Preston Hollow has an immediate need for a Make Ready / Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in

Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance

Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues

Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling

HVAC experience/knowledge is a plus

Must be dependable and have own transportation
