Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC expertise? We want you to join our team! We're looking for dedicated professionals with 3-5 years of maintenance experience and HVAC certification.

Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Portsmouth VA 23707

Responsibilities include:

- Performing repairs on HVAC systems

- Conducting preventive maintenance on equipment and systems

- Troubleshooting and fixing electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues

- Completing apartment turnovers (painting, drywall, light repairs)

- Collaborating with the team to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician

- HVAC certification (proof required)

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
