On-site Resident Manager

Seeking a manager for a quiet, well maintained, 40 unit senior housing complex in the Village of West Milwaukee. On-site residency required. Experience with senior populations and with subsidized rental housing preferred but will train. Duties include light maintenance and repair, coordination with 3rd party contractors, preparing vacated units for re-occupancy, and working with residents to assist with leasing issues.
