BILINGUAL Customer Service / Data Entry
We are in need of an additional customer service/data entry specialist that is fluent in Spanish and English. Your job duties will consist of reviewing, sending and retrieving documents to prospective clients via email and text message. (Reading documents to client if necessary). This is an in person position. We do not work from home. I am in need of those who work but play harder. You MUST be able to MULTITASK and have a great attitude under pressure. If you are lazy, this job is not for you. You will be working directly under the HBIC. YOU MUST ALSO PASS A TYPING TEST TO 35 WPM MINIMUM.
Hours are Monday through Thursday 9AM - 6PM
Friday 10AM-3PM
Weekly pay
Pay starts at $700 base
This position averages $1,000+ every week
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Go over documents with clients
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
PERFECT ATTENDANCE IS A MUST
Must be proficient with Google Docs and Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Spanish is a must
Strong attention to detail
Must be proactive
