Line/Short Order Cook for Burger Restaurant

Looking for an experienced short order cook to join our team at Cassell's Hamburgers new location in Angelino Heights, located between Elysian Park and Chinatown. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and a commitment to consistently delivering exceptional dishes to our guests.

HOURS: 10:30am-4:00pm, closed Wednesdays

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook a variety of burgers and other menu items.

-Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.

-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

-Follow all hygiene and safety regulations.

-Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.

- Attention to detail in presentation, flavor, and consistency.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented kitchen.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, multitasker
