Job Type: Part-Time with flexible scheduling available during business hours & ability to grow into Full-Time with success of position
Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by scheduling qualified appointments for our licensed sales team. This position requires a positive & confident communicator who is comfortable cold calling prospective clients from a targeted database. We have the data needed to get the conversation going.
You will engage gatekeepers professionally and effectively to secure conversations with decision-makers, building rapport utilizing a conversational approach while following established talking points.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects from a targeted database
Navigate past gatekeepers and engage decision-makers to schedule appointments
Follow a proven script and talking track to qualify leads and set up meetings
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to update records and manage appointments
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
Follow up to reschedule missed appointments
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
Qualifications:
Friendly, conversational demeanor
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable with cold calling and able to handle objections professionally and positively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (base + uncapped monthly performance bonus)
Expected hours: 20 per week (flexible during normal business hours)
