Office Assistant/Coordinator
Fast paced, growth oriented, Commercial Construction Sub Contracting Business is currently seeking a meticulous, detail oriented Team player to join our Costa Mesa team in the role of Office Assistant/Coordinator.
This job will have a Trial Period of 2 months; We are seeking a good fit to our Company Culture of exceptional service, champion level Team Player & a high performance individual with solid ethical character, moral fortitude, positive, outgoing and helpful nature.
You must have excellent Customer Service, Writing/Composing Emails and Google Suite skills.
You should be reliable, consistent, meticulous, detail oriented, have excellent Time Management skills and perform at high levels of efficiency & efficacy.
This is a Part-Time role which can go Full-Time at any given notice if so desired.
Responsibilities:
Manage & respond to Customer inquiries, questions and requests for Samples & other Material
Maintain workflow (manage, assemble, address, stamp, & ship) of outgoing 3M Window Film Sample Package Mailings, Data Sheets & other Collateral
Collaborate with Materials Manager, appropriate delivery, routing & pick-up of Sales related materials to meet Timelines
Unpack, verify, and record incoming Sales related tools, merchandise or material
Manage, implement and develop organized filing systems of Sales Materials
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving 3M Window Film products and services
Perform all other office tasks as needed to assist the office and Sales Team
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE, minimum 3 years.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to prioritize & multitask with strong organizational skills
HIGH PROFICIENCY with MS Office, Google Suite and other cloud based software
High School GED or better, preferably some College too
Previous experience in office administration, production, answering phones or other related fields
Customer Service or Executive Assistant experience is a plus!

Salary and Benefits:
$18-$22/hr commensurate with experience
