Warehouse Routing Clerk - Santa Ana, CA - $18/hr

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Routing Clerk to join their team for their locations in Santa Ana and Chino. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work overtime hours!

Hours: Onsite - Monday - Friday (7AM - 3:30PM)

Rate: $18/hr

Job Summary:

- Routing Wholesale/Retail

- Set up user access to customer routing portals.

- Route customers orders based on ship window

- Start and Cancel date

- Notify sales when orders cannot meet required ship window and request extension.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with scheduling carriers

- Via web portal, E-mail, Phone

- Prior experience routing of retail accounts (Examples: Walmart, Target, Macys, JCPenney, TJX.)

- Interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
