Open Tuesday – Saturday. Private Events some Sundays and Mondays. Must be available weekends, have a good attitude, and be reliable. Abierto de martes a sábado. Eventos Privados algunos domingos y lunes. Debe estar disponible los fines de semana, tener buena actitud y ser confiable.

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in both our public service and for small and large-scale banquets. Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen operations and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following all safety and sanitation policies.
Serás el responsable de preparar y cocinar platos de alta calidad tanto en nuestro servicio al público como para banquetes de pequeña y gran escala. El candidato ideal tendrá un sólido conocimiento de las operaciones de cocina y la capacidad de trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno acelerado mientras sigue todas las políticas de seguridad y saneamiento.
Requirements | Requisitos:
Standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting and ability to grasp items
Ability to go up and down stairs.
Repetitive motions ie: stirring and chopping.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, handle boxes of inventory
Able to hear, see, and smell
Able to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
