Your Role:
As our Hair Stylist Extraordinaire, you’ll be the go-to expert for transforming our clients’ hair. From trendy cuts to stunning finishes, your mission is to deliver an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome Clients: Greet clients with warmth, understand their hair goals, and recommend services that meet their needs.
- Expert Consultations: Collaborate with clients to interpret their vision and create standout styles.
- Hair Magic: Use your scissors and treatments to enhance every strand and bring out the best in every client.
- Stay Trendy: Keep up with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products—because ordinary is out!
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pro: Must hold a valid cosmetology license in California.
- Experienced Stylist: Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
- Multitasking Whiz: Skilled in a variety of hair services.
- People Person: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay:Base Hourly Wage is $18-$22/hr based on experience
- Tips: Expect to earn an additional $10.00-$15.00/hr or more in tips!
- Earn $30.00/hr overall.
