Uni-Fab Industries is looking for outstanding Press Brake Operators to join a rapidly growing company. We are building a team of highly professional people that are smart, motivated, and that want to grow. The company has invested in the latest technology equipment. The entire shop is air-conditioned.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Press Brake Operator for proto and production

Must be able to do own set ups

Must be familiar and proficient with Amada Equipment (New) Amada HD Series and HG ATC Series.

All Press Brake Operators will be tested

Technical Background: (Required Skillset)

3-5 years as setup and run

Blueprint reading

Good technical ability

Amada ATC Programming a PLUS

KNOWLEDGE OF:

Materials - Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, and Copper

Trade tools, equipment, materials, Calipers, tape measure, and methods.

Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.

Required:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work is performed while standing

Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.

Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.

Requires bending, squatting, and reaching.

Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds

Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity.

Educational Background

GED (a plus)
