Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming calls
-Greet and assist clients
-Schedule appointments
-Provide general administrative support
-Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
-Bilingual English/Spanish (verbal and written)
-Previous clerical or customer services experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
-Professional appearance and demeanor
