Office Administrator/ Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and experienced Office Administrator. He/she will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices & processes and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, checks etc.)
Contracts and Payment Schedule Management
Research for Projects, Vendors, Subcontractors etc
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies
Submit timely reports
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Help to post on our Social Media accounts( Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, New Account creation)
Join the Professional Photographer photo shoots
Do short photo and video shoots at jobsites to support the Marketing Plan
Skills
Proven experience as an office administrator.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
High school diploma ; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time paid as 1099
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour as 1099
