Job Description:

Manage incoming and outgoing communications via telephone and computer, providing and recording articulate, accurate, and thorough information, while helping and assisting the caller's needs.

Applicant must be a skilled communicator with a clear pleasant speaking voice, and have Microsoft Office experience.

We are a communications information company operating 24/7 with day, evening, and overnight schedules.

We have an opening for an Evening position: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:30pm-12midnight.
