Construction Skill Laborer
We seek an experienced and skilled construction laborer to assist in various building projects. The ideal candidate will possess physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople.
2. Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and placing materials.
3. Operate power tools, such as drills, saws, and sanders.
4. Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
5. Follow safety protocols and regulations.
6. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and instructions.
7. Assist with demolition, excavation, and site preparation.
8. Perform concrete finishing, framing, and drywall installation.
9. Help with material handling, storage, and inventory.
10. Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Certification in construction trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical).
3. Experience with heavy equipment operation.
4. Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
