Construction Sales Rep
1. Employment Terms
1.1 The Salesperson is employed by the Company as a sales representative to generate sales for the Company in Florida as determined by the Company.
1.2 This Agreement outlines the compensation structure applicable to the Salesperson and may be amended by mutual agreement.
Administrative and Follow-Up Responsibilities: In addition to generating sales, the Salesperson is responsible for the following administrative and client management tasks:
1. Lead Management
o Accurately record and update all sales leads in the company's CRM system, including client interactions, lead status, and next steps.
2. Proposal and Contract Preparation
o Prepare and submit initial sales proposals and contracts in coordination with the estimating team and ensure proper documentation of any revisions. Must detail scope of work for the project.
3. Client Follow-Up
o Follow up with clients for material specifications and color selections and report to the project team.
o Follow up with clients after proposal submission and maintain communication throughout the project to ensure client satisfaction.
o Conduct post-project follow-ups to collect client feedback and manage opportunities for repeat business.
4. Internal Coordination
o Facilitate the handoff of sold projects to the operations team, ensuring they are provided with complete and accurate information.
o Stay updated on project status and resolve any client concerns during the project's execution.
5. Expense and Sales Reporting
o Submit timely and accurate expense reports for per diem and travel expenses.
o Provide monthly sales performance reports to management, including closed deals and revenue projections.
6. Profit Margin Review
o Coordinate with the finance department to review and verify profit margins for projects, ensuring commissions are calculated accurately.
