Data Analyst II
Description We are welcoming a Data Analyst II to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role presents an opportunity to be a part of our Advertising Technology team, working on a hybrid basis, with a combination of onsite and remote work. The Data Analyst II will work on creating and improving analytical tools for our advertising partners and will play a crucial role in developing our Customer Data Platform. Utilize first-party data from store customers
Manage and support data and technology for the team
Oversee data clean rooms where companies collaborate without sharing data
Expose some data to clients
Align with clients' business goals and write logic/code to achieve those goals
This role will not present to advertisers right off the bat but would love to develop into that
Skills
Strong analytical mindset
SQL skills (or willingness to learn)
1-2 years of experience
Passion for the role and interest in deep involvement
Business Analyst with coding abilities
Write SQL queries
Retrieve data from databases
Translate findings into business requirements

Product, business, and data analysis
Advertising background preferred (knowledge of industry jargon)
Ability to demonstrate technical skills and business understanding

Requirements Position requires strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
Demonstrated experience in customer service and communication is essential Candidate must have a background in marketing and analytics Ability to create clear and effective presentations is required Leadership skills are necessary for team collaboration and project management Familiarity with hiring processes and business principles is beneficial Ability to perform ad hoc financial engineering and optimization tasks is needed Knowledge of media, KPI reporting, and advertisements is advantageous Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites is required Background in business analysis, computer sciences, and e-commerce application is beneficial Experience in preparing business requirement documents is necessary Familiarity with business intelligence technologies is advantageous Strong mathematical skills are essential for data analysis Experience in product management and data science is beneficial Candidates should possess a strong understanding of partnerships and their role in business growth.
