Aloha,

Bishop Suites Hotel, located off Bishop Street in Downtown, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team.

As a Guest Service Agent, you'll handle guest registration, communicate hotel services and promotions, process payments, and respond to guest inquiries. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in shaping the guest experience. If you have previous front desk experience or are interested in hotel clerk roles, we'd love to hear from you!

Details:

Hourly rate: $20.00

Part-time only

Weekend shifts required

Schedule: 8 AM–5 PM (Saturday & Sunday) + 1-2 weekdays

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Front desk experience welcome but not required

Location: In-person, Downtown Honolulu
