On-Site Building Maintenance Manager

General Duties Include:

Daily Building walk through.

Detail-oriented and have ability to recognize mechanical problems including basic mechanical skills.

Maintains building systems and property. Flexible Schedule.

Able to work unsupervised and communicate effectively.

Ability to interact and communicate well with others.

Desired Qualifications:

Dependable/Reliable

Security Clearance Required

2+ years general building maintenance

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical

20-25 hours/week - $20.00/hour M-F
