Customer Services Representative/Insurance Agent
We are seeking a motivated and positive bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our insurance office. The ideal candidate is passionate about financial growth and professional development, seeking more than just an hourly wage. Key Responsibilities:
- Quote and sell auto insurance policies while meeting individual sales goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of underwriting guidelines for various carriers.
- Consult with customers to assess their needs and match them with suitable products.
- Utilize Turborater to effectively compare carrier rates and explain quotes and policy options to customers.
- Create and manage customer/prospect profiles in QQ Catalyst, leveraging it as a prospecting and communication tool.
- Generate and analyze cancellation and renewal reports to retain and renew policies.
- Proactively engage with pending cancellations and renewal customers to maintain business relationships.
- Respond promptly to Estrella Portal leads within five minutes of notification.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred; no insurance experience or license is necessary, as we provide paid training and support to obtain the required license.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, with alternating weekends or as need it.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay starts at $13 for candidates without insurance sales experience and $15 for those with relevant experience. Additional earnings through monthly bonuses and commissions can increase your total compensation to between $20 and $30 per hour based on performance.
