Seeking personable, professional, and friendly Cashier/Hostess for fast paced restaurant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service oriented with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships, and encourage customer loyalty.

Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, and customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Process sales transactions.

Attention to detail, and ability to multi- task: answering telephone line, POS system, computer.

Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records.

Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change.

Answering customer questions about menu and catering options based on customer needs.

Staying up to date on dining promotions, catering menu, and special events.

Knowledgeable about the menu and sales policies, and be able to answer questions about specific food options.

Responsible for keeping the workstation and hostess desk clean and organized.
