Handyman

We are seeking a Handyman to help maintain and improve our rental properties in and around Grand Rapids. The tasks include cleanout, paint, repairing trim, and doors/hardware. Basically every day is a new day. This role does require a fair amount of self-direction and problem solving and working with others but also by yourself. The role does provide quite a bit of flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications:

Have your own hand tools

Previous experience with power tools

Reliable transportation

Ability to handle physical workload
