Cook Needed For Small Bar

We are a small bar with an open kitchen looking for a cook. In order to fulfill this position you must have basic knife skills, food preparation skills, and perform basic kitchen work in an open environment & maintain healthy food safe guidelines. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.The equipment we use is simple, we have a fryer, Convection Oven, Charbroiled grill & a two burner sautè station.
