Automotive Refinish Paint Sales Rep.

We are seeking a passionate Automotive Refinish Paint Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and conduct sales presentations

- Promote, sell, and deliver automotive paint products to clients

- Continuously improve through feedback

- Stay updated on the latest products and industry trends

- Provide expert advice to clients regarding automotive paint products

- Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales

- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally

- Support the collection efforts of past-due balances as required.

- Assume other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Willing to learn the company's products, including the knowledge of paint and refinishing

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey product information to potential clients

- Excellent sales skills, including negotiation and capacity to close deals

- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers

- Professional customer service skills to handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

- Basic understanding of color theory and car painting processes

- Strong organizational skills to manage customer orders, deliveries, and inventory.

- Fluent in English and Spanish

- MUST have a car, valid driver’s license, and good driving record

Business hours are 8:30am to 5pm. Saturdays are 8:30am to 12pm.

Potential candidates must supply a healthy dose of self-motivation, a good work ethic, positive attitude and reliability.
