SALES DESIGNER CONSULTANT

Home Remodeling Sales

Consulting and sales of additions, decks, basements, kitchens, etc.

Must have in home successful and proven sales experience in home remodeling.

Must attend leads M-Sat and availability would need to be all day and early evening except Saturday which would be morning and early afternoon

The schedule is somewhat flexible and it depends on the leads and when the potential customer is available to meet.

Must have valid DL.

Pay would be 1099 direct deposit.

Pay is weekly if earned.

There is a matching 401k after 6 months but we offer no other benefits at this point… but this will likely change sometime in 2025.

Some college is required. And ability to learn and adapt training and new methodology to your sales process is necessary.

How do you get paid and what can you earn here ?

First this is a professional sales/consulting position and career. We are assuming you come with experience and competency.

Sales has been said to be the highest paid hard work and the lowest paid easy work.

There are 2 ways to be compensated here and it’s one or the other. Your choice if hired:

A) $500 weekly base draw against a 7% commission.

B) No base draw and a 12% commission.

Our sales cycle is quick and we start projects typically within a week to one month after sale is closed.

Commissions are paid subsequently to job start and production pricing audit.

Larger projects requiring plans and permits would take usually 2-3 months to start and these would be the more highly paid commissions.

For example a $120,000.00 project would be either a $8400.00 (A) commission or a $14,000.00 (B) commission.

Most smaller projects like $5000 to $20000 would start quick and typically within a week or so of the sale and the commission paid would be, again, either 7% or 12% paid upon project start.

We provide all leads and sometimes your participating in the appointment setting would be required.

We target 35-50 leads per month.

We service a radius of 20 miles around Montgomery. We do not market or sell in the City Of Newburgh.

You are required to attend 2 sales meetings weekly and are required to repor daily. You are required to answer calls and texts and emails from the office any time you receive them.

You are required to submit building permit applications - the company will fill out all applications. You will simply obtain the application and then courier the completed applications back to the municipality.

Once you are proven here you will receive a company phone, iPad, stationary, shirts, hats, and possible profile on our web page.

Bonuses are available here and are performance based and profitability based.

We will train you on product and pricing and how to use our CRM and contract/proposal/estimating software.

Office with other manager present.

Once hired you will have 2-5 days of training and we pay minimum wage for that. The hours are yet to be determined for training.

Following the training you will attend up to one month of sales calls approximately 10-40 appointments and this will be an evaluation period.
