That’s our culture and our way of doing business.Our Landscape Construction/Installation business is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in landscape sales or a related field, such as residential construction. This role involves driving revenue by developing and maintaining client relationships, executing client meetings, providing timely estimates, and ensuring a seamless handoff to production. We value detail-oriented, competitive individuals who excel in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Increase landscape client portfolio through targeted new client outreach.New Leads: Qualify and follow up on all new leads, schedule meetings, generate detailed proposals, and close deals.Account Management: Manage existing landscape business by anticipating client needs, delivering timely estimates, and providing excellent customer service.Pipeline Management: Own revenue pipeline reporting, including signed and proposed projects, to ensure landscape division revenue KPIs are met.Execution: Lead the “sales to production handoff” process to ensure high-quality projects always exceed our clients’ expectations.Qualifications2+ years of experience in landscape sales or a related field such as residential construction.5+ years of experience in landscape estimating/sales preferred.Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-focused, high-growth business environment.Demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals.Detail-oriented, competitive, and client-focused.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience with an uncapped commission structure.BenefitsPaid time off and holidays401(k)Medical and Dental Insurance Apply now in 2 minutes!
