We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant with a primary focus on dishwashing to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse operations.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Assistant with an emphasis on dishwashing will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining event platters, dishware, and equipment, as well as assisting in warehouse organization and inventory management. This role is key to ensuring our events are stocked with clean, high-quality items, and that our warehouse remains efficient and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize all event dishware, platters, utensils, and kitchen equipment upon return from events

- Ensure all items are cleaned to high standards and ready for the next event

- Organize and store clean dishware, kitchen equipment, and event decor in the warehouse

- Assist in the maintenance of dishwashing equipment and notify management of any issues

- Help pack, unpack, and inventory event equipment as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and the warehouse as a whole

- Assist the Warehouse Manager with general tasks including restocking, taking inventory, and cleaning event decor

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations

- Assist in receiving and processing deliveries as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience in dishwashing, preferably in a catering, warehouse, or event setting

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs)

- Ability to multitask and collaborate with team members

- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours based on event schedules

- Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus but not required

- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must
