SUPERINTENDENT- LIVE IN - Part Time Position

Superintendent position available at our 40-unit Cooperative building in Rego Park.

Must have 10 years previous experience, knowledge of all building systems including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, plaster and painting. Good communication and interpersonal skills needed.

Morning hours - 8-12 plus evenings for garbage
